The Zoning Ordinance is the legal charter by which
the Hartford/Beaver Dam Joint Planning Commission operates. It defines by
statute the legal obligations residence have when beginning a construction
project in either Hartford or Beaver Dam, KY. It also provides authority
to the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Adjustment, and the Administrative
Officer to execute and enforce the Zoning Ordinance.
